Seconds To Midnight


I have always been fascinated by how people took macro photos (many mistaken "close-up" shot for macro photos which I believe are two different things). Anyways I had two older Canon FD mount lenses that were sitting around (a 50mm and a 100mm) and I thought I would see what happened if I put them together (XTi+50mm = success) (XTi+100mm = failure). So what I did here was hold the 50mm lens backwards on the mount then with the camera on manual settings I gave it a go. I have read many postings saying the FD mounts do not work with the XTi but in this instance it worked!
