Pinapple Cake

Photo Friday - Noteworthy Honor for "Homemade" - Thu Dec 17, 2009. Thanks everyone!

For some reason a Saturday evening seemed like a good time to bake something. There weren't any pineapple rings or Marciano cherries in the pantry so pineapple "upside-down" cake wasn't possible but, I did find some crushed pineapple so I ended up with just pineapple "cake". I'm not sure if it would be considered a cake since I baked it in a loaf pan. It came out a little sweeter then I wanted, but it was still delicious. It goes pretty well well with some ice cream or tea.

For the following week I'll be in Nevada, exploring Death Valley and Las Vegas. Hopefully I'll be returning with some eye catching photos. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
